Amb. Kasera-Achayo is a renowned Diplomat, Scientist, and Strategic leader specializing in Bio-development, Healthcare Strengthening, Policy, Investment, and International partnerships. With a background in Medical Microbiology, Immunology, Public Health, and Strategic Management, she has led institutional reforms and high-level negotiations, securing multimillion-dollar investments and strengthening Kenya’s global influence.
Her leadership spans government and corporate sectors, including roles as Deputy Head of Mission at Kenya’s Embassy in Paris, Director at the Competition Authority of Kenya (Ministry of Finance), and CEO/Managing Director of major institutions. A recipient of the Leadership Diversity Award 2013, from Chambers of Commerce , she remains committed to mentorship, sustainability, and economic growth.
