Strengthening Ties: Ambassador Ngure Visits Cuba’s Delegation

H.E. Ambassador Prof. Peter Ngure, Kenya’s Permanent Delegate to UNESCO, paid a courtesy visit to the Permanent Delegation of Cuba during the visit of H.E. Ms. Emmelie Prophète, Haiti’s Minister of Justice, Culture, and Communication.
